We were commissioned to come up with a cost effective solution for this newly built home in Manurewa. The priority was to have it in a “ready for sale” state ASAP.
The aim was to keep it simple and create a clean green relaxing environment, keeping within the cost constraints set out. We carved out paths, built a turning bay and off street parking area, planted a mix of natives and exotics, and laid turf to finish. This is just one of numerous houses we have done-up for sale. This house sold prior to going to market. Just goes to show that having a house ready for sale, showing it in its best possible light making it attractive to a wider cross section of potential purchasers. We can ease the burden, and hasten speed of the sales process by turning a drab hodge podge into a beautiful, relaxing outdoor living environment fit for it’s intended purpose.
